Service Coordinator
MacDougalls’ Cape Cod Marine Service is seeking a Service Coordinator. This is a hands-on position requiring knowledge of yachts and yacht systems including 5-10yrs. exp. with diagnostic and repair abilities in gas/diesel engines, fuel systems, boat systems and electrical systems The ideal candidate will have experience generating estimates, monitoring and expediting jobs, interfacing with customers and assisting Technicians with trouble shooting and diagnostic strategies. Experience with the initiation of warranty claims and the management of the warranty process is preferred. Candidate is expected to facilitate work passing through all shops and assure excellent quality of all work performed.
