LaserPerformance looks forward to Charleston Race Week
The Laser SB3 to make its Charleston Race Week debut
Portsmouth, RI—Fresh from the OCR and the CHAW regattas, the Laser SB3, manufactured by LaserPerformance, will make its Charleston Race Week debut from April 16-19, 2009.
The SB3 class will have a one-design start during this event. This class is well known in Europe with more than 130 boats that competed in the 2008 World Championships. Now, the class is gaining momentum in the United States. The next stop is the Seattle NOOD Regatta from May 15-17, 2009.
“We’re really excited to have more people get behind our boat and we couldn’t be happier with the positive customer feedback we’ve received,” said Chip Wilkerson, LaserPerformance’s VP of Marketing. “Charleston should be a great event and we’re looking forward to the Seattle NOOD as well.”
